Absolute Comfort’s Customer service is #1. Prompt, knowledgeable, genuine with no pressure! My furnace wasn’t working. Steve was the one who had to tell me my furnace was dead after 30yr -rip …he was sincerely apologetic! He was so nice and explained everything to me.

We were very pleased with the excellent and timely service we received from John Buckles at Absolute Comfort. He came out and fixed our air conditioner the same (and very hot) day we called. He was very pleasant and took the time to explain what the problem was. We would highly recommend Absolute Comfort Services to anyone.

Just had our furnace serviced by Justin from Absolute Comfort and was very pleased with his work and answering my many questions. He was very meticulous in going over all the components of the furnace. I would definitely recommend him if you would like to feel more comfortable with your heating system this winter.

Have had Absolute out a few times now, always had great service. Had an issue, called and technician was there within 2 hours. Reasonable price, diagnosed and provided options including replacement but no pressure at all. Had Wally come out next day for a quote, again no pressure, just honest opinion with various options. Whole new unit installed next day. Can’t recommend them more.
