Our A/C died during a heatwave and service showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem. Having had numerous repairs on our current system we decided to go with a new one rather than repair. Andrew showed up the next day in the AM and provided three options. We agreed upon a system that afternoon. Trevor and Jason showed up on time and had the new system up and running in about 2.5 hours the next day. They were polite and professional. The new unit is quiet, smaller, and more efficient. At each step of the process, I received an email reminding me of the visits. The job was tidy and some small adjustments in the position of the outdoor unit were accommodated. Excellent service. I was looking for a new company to service my furnace and Absolute Comfort was recommended to me. I wanted to have it done fairly quickly and they were able to accommodate the time and day
that I had open. The tech was punctual and performed the service very efficiently. In talking to him, I could see that he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he even had a couple of good tips for us that no one else had ever mentioned. When I first called to make the appointment for the furnace I also asked if they knew a company that could clean ducts in a high-rise condo building. I had been trying for a while to find a company that had powerful enough portable equipment to do the job. To my surprise, I was told that they themselves now performed this service with newly acquired
equipment suitable for high-rise apartment and condo buildings. They were able to schedule the duct cleaning crew to come out right after the furnace tech was done his servicing. I was very happy with both services and both teams cleaned up very well after themselves. A bonus was that their prices were very reasonable.
Technicians that came into our home were courteous, professional, and answered any questions we had. Highly recommended. We had furnace, air, and hot water tank install completed. Also, we had the ductwork cleaned. Our hot water tank was not scheduled for a week and a half when our old one quit. They sent out a crew to install the new one the same day! Great work by your team!
Great service. I was presented with multiple pricing and equipment options as well as several coupons that they had. They also provided very reasonable financing options. The time from me deciding to purchase the installation was only a few days and the installation was far quicker than anticipated. They were in and out within a couple of hours. Very personable staff, from sales to technicians, and everything is working smoothly.
