Excellent and prompt service in keeping an old furnace going until the new furnace and AC were installed. That install went smoothly. The guys worked diligently to get the new unit up and running. Trevor, Dustin, and Cody were highly professional, timely, friendly, and efficient. They even cleaned up after themselves! Consultation with Christine was clear and concise. She explained our options, potential rebates, and had a wealth of knowledge. When our furnace died, Steve arrived at our home within an hour for the service call and gave an honest assessment of the situation. We will definitely work with them again.

Everything was fast and very efficient

Had a fantastic experience with this company and all the guys that came to the house to do the work (it was a big job). I love that you get a text with who is coming (including a picture) so you know exactly who to expect. All the guys were very punctual, happy, knowledgeable, nice guys and they explained everything clearly. They all seem to genuinely enjoy their job and they really worked well together. Sharon Mack Service was great! From the initial appointment for an estimate to the final installation, everything was fast and very efficient. The staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend them.

My Furnace stopped working last week. Called several companies who could not come out for 2 days. Called Absolute and they came out same day.
